Finding the entrance was a real hassle!!! Adding clearer signage would be a simple fix!!! The kitchen lacks proper lighting and equipment-upgrade needed!!! Hot water issues seemed to trouble several guests. Steep stairs are inconvenient for those with mobility problems!!!

the room was exceptionally comfortable plus it had a private safe, central heating, and an iron. i really enjoyed watching city from the balcony.

There were central heating, iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The bed was very comfy with hypoallergenic pillows. The location in a lovely area was magnificent and fantastic and there were a market and shops nearby. Spent a nice evening at O' Munaciello, located extremely close to the venue...

I enjoyed a central and quiet location, with a spacious room with a smart TV and friendly staff who made check-in seamless.

The air conditioning worked well during my short visit, making the warm evenings much more comfortable. Make sure to look for the artwork on the entrance to avoid confusion.

The comfortable sleeper couch was great, but finding the hotel was challenging.

The location was fantastic, just steps from famous pizza places like Sorbillo and the historic center. The fridge and kettle in the room were super handy. Plus the air conditioning worked great all night.

The King Room boasted a spacious design with a unique mezzanine layout. I loved having a little balcony that overlooked the street, fantastic for soaking up the local atmosphere. The room featured a very comfortable bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning struggled to cool the upstairs area adequately. A clearer guidance on using the ceiling fan would have enhanced our comfort. The central location was great. Checking in took a bit longer than expected, and finding the entrance was challenging due to the lack of signage. A lovely stay, though some details could use attention.

I absolutely loved the spacious 2-level apartment with the lovely balcony! The espresso machine was a nice touch too. Only downside was finding the entrance. a clearer sign would help! 😊

Cozy stay with great tips!

Had a lovely night in a spacious room. The host was super helpful, recommending a must-try pizza spot nearby. Can't forget that espresso machine in the room-such a nice perk! Just a bit tricky to find the entrance from the street, that's all.

The room had huge ceilings and a lovely loft-style layout. I enjoyed full cooking facilities and daily cleaning services. Helpful staff provided great local recommendations. It was in the heart of the city. I appreciated the Netflix access for relaxation 😊

The beautifully restored oversized duplex and the owner's warmth. We reminded me of guests in a historic residence during our relaxing break.

could use a washing machine

Our late check-in request was accommodated with ease and the staff went above and beyond to assist us, even waiting until past midnight for our delayed flight. The high ceilings in our room provided a spacious and private atmosphere, perfect for our family. The location was excellent, placing us close to everything in the old center. The staff also graciously allowed us to use another room for our luggage and bathroom needs after check-out.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

the location was fantastic and our host went above and beyond to make our experience incredible. He arranged a convenient airport transfer for us and even met us outside to ensure we found the place easily. the loft itself was lovely, with a kitchenette and Netflix for entertainment. the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We received a warm welcome with lemoncello and meloncello, and the host even took the time to give us a tour of the room and provide recommendations for exploring the city. the best accommodations we had during our two-week European vacation. Cons: None 😊.
